This article describes the privacy and security policy for SQL for Jira Cloud application (the “Service”).

We take the privacy of all users of this Service very seriously and therefore set out in this privacy and security policy our position regarding certain privacy matters on this Service.

This policy covers all data that is shared by a user with us whether directly via the Service or via email.

This policy provides an explanation as to what happens to any personal data that you share with us, or that we collect from you either directly via this Service or via email.

Information we collect

In operating our Service we collect and process the following data (including personal information):

• Your Jira Cloud information, such as but not limited to issues, projects, issue links, comments, etc. It is up to users to decide which projects are imported into the Service to be queried with SQL. All information is automatically removed from the Service when SQL for Jira Cloud app is uninstalled from your Atlassian account.
• Information provided to us when you communicate with us for any reason (such as communication with support engineers, etc).

Use of cookies

We use only session cookies to keep track of your current session.

Use of your information

The information that we collect and store relating to you is primarily used to enable us to provide our services to you.

Storing and disclosing your personal data

We do not transfer any data that we collect from you, except of the cases mentioned in this policy.

Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties, where we are legally required to disclose your information.

The information is kept for as long as SQL for Jira Cloud app is installed on your Atlassian account.

Withdrawing consent to processing or request to remove personal data

You can withdraw consent to processing personal data by uninstalling the SQL for Jira Cloud app from your Atlassian account. This will also remove all your data that was collected by the Service.
