Installation
SQL for Jira Cloud is available in Atlassian Marketplace. You can install it directly from the Atlassian Marketplace or from your Jira instance.
After installation a new menu item will apear in your Apps section. Click on it to start using SQL for Jira Cloud.
You will see all your projects on the main app page:
In order to run SQL queries against your data, SQL for Jira Cloud app needs to import your project data into our SQL compatible storage.
When you open the project at the first time, we will ask if you’d like to import importing your data and after confirmation will start the import. This process can take some time depending on the size of your data.
Once imported you can start working with your data using SQL queries:
